Setup AAD-Registration E-Mail

I am currently trying to set up the Azure mail connection.
I have the problem that as soon as I click on /Check registration/, the Microsoft login page appears where I authenticate myself. Then the login window closes and nothing happens after that. Only the page with /Waiting for response/ remains open

I have entered the client ID and key from my application.

I'm not quite sure if I'm making a mistake with the redirect URL.
In the BC it reads like this https://.../.../OAuthLanding.htm/
In the Azure application, I have created a web redirect with the same name.

Does this redirect URL that I specify in the application have to be accessible from the Internet? Or does it try to open the redirect url internally?
Can you help me with this? Since I don't get any error messages, I don't know what to do
