I have a customer that wants to show the item's picture either on the HTML status bar or Net Display screen.

Does anyone have any experience in doing this?

Thanks!  :)

    Hi eBank,

This is possible; and you can take a look at the attached LineItemwithPicture.zip file for an example.

This uses item pictures in the C:/Pictures folder; and in testing I simply assigned the default pictures to a couple items:

For 11212 it shows this picture:

    For 15110 it shows:

This is less than 12 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.

I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.

    Thank you in advance.

    Todd,

Thanks for the help with this.

I dropped that into my HTML folder and repathed the image folder.  Details are coming up, but the picture has an "x".

Path in SOA is correct to this path too.

    Hi eBank,

I had the same issue with using the standard Image folder; and it may have something to do with the path name or the path length.

Please try  creating the folder as listed in the HTML file that was sent; and test after moving a few pictures to that folder.

    Hopefully this helps.

Yeah, works there.  Thanks again!  :)
