    Hello RP-07021454-0,

I understand you're having trouble locating the "Manage consent in contact and lead forms (Preview)" toggle in Customer Insights - Journeys, even after updating to the latest version. Here's a breakdown of why this might be happening and how to troubleshoot it:

Why the Toggle Might Be Missing:

    • Feature Graduation: Microsoft often removes feature switches once a preview feature becomes generally available (GA). This means the "Manage consent in contact and lead forms" feature might have transitioned out of preview and the toggle is no longer needed.

    • UI Changes: The interface of Customer Insights - Journeys can change with updates. The toggle might have been moved to a different location within the settings or integrated into another section.

    • Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access and modify feature switches within Customer Insights - Journeys.

    •

    Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. Check the Latest Documentation: Visit the official Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys documentation. Search for "manage consent in contact and lead forms" to see if there are any updates regarding the feature's availability and how to access it.

    2. Explore the Settings: Carefully navigate through the different sections of the settings in Customer Insights - Journeys. The toggle might have been relocated or the functionality might be accessible through a different menu option.

    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If you're unable to find the feature or any related information in the documentation, reach out to Microsoft Support. They can provide specific guidance on the current status of the feature and how to access it.

    4. Community Forums: Search or post your question in the Dynamics 365 community forums. Other users might have encountered the same issue and found a solution.

    5.

    Important Notes:

    • Version Check: Double-check that your Customer Insights - Journeys module is indeed updated to the very latest version. Sometimes, updates can take time to propagate, or there might be specific steps required to apply them.

    • Feature Availability: Keep in mind that features in preview or even GA can sometimes have regional or tenant-specific availability.
