How to get Actual start value of appointment activity.

Hello All Experts,

We have out of box fields for Activity as

1. Actual Start

2. Actual End.

Also for appointment Entity we have

1. Start Date

2. End Date

what i found that when we complete the activity the actual end field value for the activity do appear but what about actual start field value, it is not being displayed for appointment activity type in activities view.

hope you guys can understand my query.

can anyone help in this please.

What about the other activities like Phone call and Task the Actual start and Actual end.\

can you give some sample screen please. because in my scenario sometimes the Actual start is not being filled with datetime.

Hi,

FYI, you need to know what is Activity, Please read it here.

To make it simple , an appointment, a Task, an Email , a Phone Call, a Letter, a Fax, a Service Activity and a Campaign response are activity.

List of default Activity

The actual start date is in Appointment not activity, from the picture below, activity does not have form.

after Clicked on "Mark Complete".

can you let me know how he will key in the Actual start date from appointment.

the actual start date is field from activity entity if i am not wrong.

can you elaborate little bit more please.

Actual start field is for the CRM user to key in.

Example :

user make an appointment with client at 9.00 am but due to something is happening, they start the appointment at 10 am, so user have to key in 10 am in the Actual Start Date.
