Lead to Opportunity sales process

Hi,

In the Lead to Opportunity sales process, the second ribbon is "Exploratory Phase" with a date field called "Schedule follow up". Once a date is selected, it is not possible to edit it (e.g. set another date in the future).

I've checked the User security roles, The field properties, and the Process, but all seems fine. Can anyone advice on the possible problem area?

Best,

Rihards

    Hi,

I think the business process flow has been customized in your environment since there is no "exploratory phase" tab in the out of the box process. Out of the box it's similar to this:

Either way, you should probably be looking at the javascripts/business rules associated with the form - they might be setting that field to readonly.
