Hi All,
We are trying to fetch data through standard Navision 2016 Aged Account Receivable Report but due to huge customer data report is not generating. So is there any way to generate CSV report similar to Aged Account Receivable
Has this function been customized?
You can take Inge's advice and look at the detailed event logs first.
In addition, as far as I know, the early NAV 2016 CU has performance problems. If this problem cannot be solved, please try to upgrade the CU and try again.

Have you checked what the event log on your NAV sever says after the rendering stops?
Could it be a time out or a resource that is drained ?
Tried excel option but same error occurred.

Yes It takes 2 hours and not able to rendering of the print.
It is possible. But if the data volume is so big that the standard aging reporting is not running a csv report will probably not be very much faster. Because i guess it is the processing that takes time and not the rendering of the print?
Maybe you should look into exporting all open customer ledger entries and do the aging calculation in another system like Power BI or Excel or in a separate data warehouse if it is needed for processing power.
You could also simply try to generate the report for a smaller portion of you data data and split it into smaller reports,
