Error trying to track email with attachment

I have a user getting this message randomly when try to track an email in Outlook CRM 2011:

An error occurred while promoting a Microsoft CRM e-mail message.  Restart Microsoft Outlook and try again. HR=0x80131501. Context=. Function=CMailItemHelper::HrPromoteMailItemInCrm. Line=1783.

I have given the user Sys Admin role to rule out permissions. Same error occurs.

I have increased the default size of an attachment from 5mb to 32mb. Still same error.

Any Ideas?

    In Settings, Configuration you can set the maximum size of allowed attachments. I suspect that maximum size is set to something like 0.

    I've experienced similar error as what you've encountered. I've only remove the Organization in the configuration wizard and re-added it again.

    Works fine for me though

    I have set the max size to 32 mb. The attachment the user is havingan issue with is 19mb.

    Is this a specific E-mail for which this user get this Error message or it can be any E-mail.

    If specific e-mail, can you check if there is any special character into the subject line of the E-mail

    If there is any attachment with special character
