How to add SLA Timer value to a CRM view?

Hey All,

I have a requirement where i need to display the time (that SLA KPI First response In timer is showing in case entity form) on a view in CRM. So every time you refresh the view, time column should show how much time is still left or how much time has already exceeded (or in simple words show the time displayed on timer).

Can you help me out ? Is it possible to achieve this?

    Syed,

Thanks a lot for quick reply. In such a case can we atleast display the time on a dashboard in CRM? Even Java script or plug-in doesn't work to bring a timer on view?

One more question. Can we atleast display the SLA on view? We have 3 -4 SLA's in our CRM and for each case, different SLA gets triggered and their SLA KPI will be displayed on form. I need to display the name of SLA which gets executed for a case.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Chakkay

Because the field is only a QuickView there is no way to complete this.

    Hi,

you might try creating a calculated field instead:

    technet.microsoft.com/.../dn832103.aspx

Or you might try adding a plugin to do those calculations and to format them the way you need it (maybe on retrievemultiple).

Timer is a javascript component, so you can't just bring it to the view.
