BC Current user Email Account- Workflow Approval Notification have error You must specify a valid email account to send the message to.

Hi Expect,

All user can sent notification email except one of a user cannot sent the notification but can received email from BC and can sent email via compose email/test email. The setup of all user are same.

I already set up the email address on approval user setup, workflow notification also have set up approval, email scenario also have assign all.

Anyone have any idea for this?

    I am facing the same issue. I would like to what the corrective action is.
    Should the receiving address must be of same domain?
