Approval to receive reject notification with comment

Hi Team,

PO has four users to work on it, where user A is the initiator and user B, C and D is approvals. A case study is after user B and C have approved the PO, User D rejected the PO. I was expecting the reject notification and comment should go to User A, B and C but it was only User A that is receiving the reject notification and comment.

Is it possible for user B and C to also receiving the reject notification while using OnRejectApprovalRequest and other step will be welcome?
