Forbidden dialog popped for Workflow

We are using dynamics 365 on-premises application and we are trying to create new workflow for Purchase Req but system is giving us an error /Forbidden/.

Which browser are you using?

Can you try it on Microsoft Edge?

Hello,

Are you opening this from a client window or on one of the application servers. You can try opening either on the MR or on the ADFS server.

I found an old thread for you, there are users who solved this problem in two different ways, one is to use administrator Microsoft account, the other way is to restart the AX service. For more details: Dynamics Community Forum Thread Details
