Cannot even get started after installing

I have recently purchased RMS, I installed everything properly. However now I'm completely stuck. I've spent hours searching for solutions and I can't find anything.

I open up store admin and click connect. What am i supposed to put for login info? I never obtained anything or entered anything? I've seen videos online that just leave the "sa" with no password and like login and get on. When i do this it just says i failed to login as "sa". I've tried all sorts of usernames just guessing (my computer login/password) i've tried downloading management studios but then that requires a login too? I have NO idea what to do.

 

I'm completely lost. Please help me ASAP. I'm completely frustrated by my pruchase. :(

    Hi,

    Could you please assist me with my following queries, i am very much new to RMS SO 2.0 but i worked in AX 2012 Retail. I have the requirement to install the RMS SO 2.0 in the different stores,

    1. Please assist me that, how much time would it take - in terms of hours ?

    2. Please share the installation guide/Setup/Dev guide

    3. Customer will provide us the legal licences but we are not comfortable with RMS SO 2.0

    Would really appreciate if you could help me on this (Installing/Setup)

    Hi Lana,

    I understand your frustration!  What password did you  assign for SQL when you were prompted to enter one during the installation process?  This is the password you will need to enter in Admin both under File > Connect and File > Configuration.
