Purchase order tax summary entry page issues

I was putting in a purchase order and had two items that were not taxable. I decided to use the tax details page to separate them. Bad Idea. Now I cannot leave this page at all. Each time that I try to leave or delete, I get the message: This tax detail already exists. Please enter a new tax detail.

If there is anyone that can help, I would really like to know how to exit this page or delete my input so that I can exit.

From where in PO Entry did you access the 'tax details page'?
