VSCode Error on publishing an AL Extension

Hi, I'm getting an error when publishing AL Extensions for NAV2018. This was working perfectly fine, but all of a sudden I'm getting this error:

"Couldn't find a debug adapter descriptor for debug type 'al' (extension might have failed to activate)"

Any ideas of what could be wrong please? I've reinstalled AL Language Extension v0.13.195601 but still got the same error.

    Update: Downgraded VSCode and it worked fine.
