When selecting records in a custom form, the record I selected remains selected and the selected record is sent even though I want to send the above data with the caller. The records selected in the grid are stuck and I could not understand. I'll be happy if you can help me.
I remember there was a different case whatever you set getFirst(true) or getFirst(false) but I m not using cursor method for a long time so I m not sure

I guess the grid is returning correct values only. Because for example refer to below scenario.

No, I used this: ARCCustNoteDetail_ds.cursor();
How are you getting selected records?
Are you using MultiSelectionHelper class to get the selected records?
Of course, you can avoid this problem manually :D but I'm questioning why.
So, you are selecting 2 records - Last selected record you have unchecked it but it still showing as selected.
If that is the case uncheck the 1st record and select it again.

It's actually not that hard to grasp what I'm talking about. First I select any record, secondly I select another record. After selecting 2 records, I uncheck to cancel one. But the line I unchecked remains selected even though it is not selected.

You can unselect the selected lines by just clicking the selected lines. Or you can select all the lines and unselect it.
