Is there a tool to migrate Roles and Privileges from AX 2012 to D365 ?
Since there are lots of same Privileges between both I figure there is some tools for this kind of migration ?
What is the best and recommended approach ?

Especially for the answer from @nikolaos nmaenpaa about code migration tool, But I cannot find a good resource about this tool and how to use it, especially if we want to migrate the security (role/duty/privileges) only (no other such as classes, etc).

Beside code upgrade tool, is there other approach that we can export and import our existing AX 2012 security to F&O ? As currently we already half way of doing implementation and at first we didn't use this code upgrade tool instead re-implement and by "re-new" our custom code.
By take a look of this code upgrade tool whereby it needs to connect to LCS and have a new migration project for the code, I believe this is too late for us now.
Any advice whether we can still migrate only for the securities part (standard and custom).
The security upgrade advisor tool was available for moving AX2009 security to AX2012. For AX2012 to Dynamics 365, you can only use the code upgrade tool which will upgrade all coding, so also the classes and more. From this upgraded code, you can take the security objects only and move it to a separate model.
There is no other option for export and import the security objects. Anyway, there are already a lot of changes between AX 2012 and Dynamics 365. For that reason, you must review all security customizations/configurations.
