    Hello

You have to setup what you intend to log.

Please go to "system administration - setup - database - database log setup" and enter the events which you want to log.

You will then be able to look for occurence and datetime of the registered events.

    Update:

Please note that you will have to switch to the "DAT" legal entity in order to find company independent log entries.

    You have two possibilities:

    1) Detail

go to the appropriate record in a form and right click on the record; then choose record info and Database log.

    2) Global

go to "System administration - Inquiries - Database - Database log" and search for the record.

While it is possible to audit these operations using the built-in database logging feature, you need to be careful, about setting up extensive logging of transactions. It may hurt performance a lot. Make sure to clean old log entries frequently if there are many daily transactions.
