Hello Eveyone,

I am new in CRM, So regarding the marketing list I am facing the issue.

I am not able to find the Send Campaign Email button in CRM. I have attached the Screenshot for your reference, I trying to find out this button in CRM.

Please help me regarding the same..

Please make sure if you have due permissions to send campaign email. Also, please select at least one campaign to let the button appear.

Can you please elaborate the permission, like regarding in which module I start searching like marketing or Sales/ is their any Specific security role is available.

Hi Pradnya Wankhade - You in marketing module, you need to have/give CSR Manager role.
