Hello all,
I'm trying creating a label file. However, I got an error when build the project as below
I'm using VS2017.
Please help me to solve this issue.
Thanks in advance,
Phuc
Hi PhucNguyen
1 . Close the Visual Studio.
2. Go to path C:\users\administrator\Appdata\local\temp. select all and delete all the files. it is ok if some files are not deleting skip those.
3. Now restart IIS Service.
4. Now open visual studio and try again.
One point i need to confirm here did you add this label file to source control?
Hi PhucNguyen,
Please check the log file: At you local VM:“C:\AOSService\PackagesLocalDirectory\[Your_Model]\CompileLabels.xml” or in the log folder of your build machines agent.
One issue that can cause this error are duplicates in label files, as two or more rows with the same label id.
If you are using DevOps, you could do a merge operation to fix it.
See the article about the same issue :blog.johanpersson.nu/
I did all steps but it don't work.
I just create a new label file, don't add to any source control.
I don't see that CompileLabels.xml file
And as the top post, I created a new label file so there no duplicates in the file.
Can you try editing an existing label file in Fleet Management model and check if you are able to do so?
Not edit, just build the existing label file and it's still error
Do you have enough disk space and memory on the server? If not, can you try increasing both and try again?
Instead of building the Solution. Can you build the complete model + DB Synch and check if issue is still coming?
Hi Nguyen Phuc,
Please try to do a full build on FleetManagement.
I re-installed the VS and the error has gone.
Btw, thank all.
