Automate sales order input/ invoice input from PDF

Hi everyone,
Is there any way we can automate sales order input/invoices input in F&O from PDF form? I believe that there is no standard function to do this but wondering if it is possible by using Power apps or apps from Appsource or any customization.

    Hi Pradeep,
     
    There are APIs that can read and write PDF files. I don't have experience with them myself. In that case, a customization would be possible. Next to that, there are actions possible to extract text or tables from PDF using Power Automate. You can read about it here: PDF actions reference - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

    Hi,
    As Andre said, there is no such out-of-the-box function, but you can use third-party tools (such as PDF OCR) to first extract the data from the PDF, then convert the data into a data format that can be recognized by the F&O system, and finally import it into the system automatically through the Power Automate.
