Double authentication at login

I want to know if double authentication is available in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) and if this affects users who connect integrations with applications outside of Microsoft

    Are you talking about Multi-factor Authentication?  Are you using Azure AD? Is your environment using ADFS/IFD/Claims?
