Shortcut Key not working in BC14 Business Central Web Client

Hello All,

I Need to add a shortcut key for an Action in BC14 WebClient, But it's not working and the same Shortcut Key working properly in Windows Client.

    But here I want to add a shortcut key for action. Which is not working in the WebClient, but the same shortcut key working properly in the windows client.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have referred already to the same page, but have not found any details on how shortcut keys for custom actions will work for Web Client.

    Even standard actions are also not working in webclient i.e. In Customers Page with Ctrl+N - we can create new customer but in web client it open new window of browser.

    Yes, Web client and location desktop application shortcut keys always conflict, as yzhums suggested, please follow that.

    I have checked that day, that no Shortcut key was conflicted with browser shortcut keys.
