Analysis Cubes displaying old Item User Category Value Field

I have a client using Analysis Cubes for GP and who uses the Item User Category Value field in their Sales cube. However, some of the values seem to have been changed but the cubes are still picking up the old value. When I check the ItemMaster table in the GPWarehouse database, it has the current values.

Is there any way to have the cubes read the current values in the user category field ?
