Epson WF 3640 ADF Not Working

I have a printer brand of Epson WF 3640 ADF. I am facing a serious issue regarding the scanning with ADF and also I am getting an error code of  W-02.

I have tried and configured the settings in the printer and followed all the manuals Epson WF 3640 ADF Not Working. It is not working out.

Please guide us if anything is pending.
