I am getting this error (The file could not be uploaded at this time. Please try again later) when trying to import a file in a Config Package.

Steps - Open Config Package > select Table ID > Excel > Import from Excel > select the file and error message appears.

I then exported the file in a new Config Package and repeated import process - same error.

I closed browser and then re-opened and tried again - same error.

I closed everything and re-booted my device. Tried file 1 to Config Package 1 - same error. Tried file 2 to Config Package 2 - same error.

    Hi lan,

Before you contact Microsoft support for further assistance, I think you can exclude the third-party extension which may leads to such error first.
Secondly, please try to troubleshoot with business central to gather more detailed information about the issue, you can refer to the Microsoft Document for the troubleshooting steps:

    Hi

Getting this error message before file imported - so don't see any potential extension errors.

Seems to be very randon - Config Packages work fine for a period then error appears. Not on specific table/file/package.

    Hi Sir,

As mentioned, have you checked if there are any extensions that leads to this error. If so, you can uninstall the extensions and try again later. By the way, can you select and see the errors on the tool bar or by clicking on the red error messages on the table line to drill down on the details of the errors.

    Best Regards,
    Judy

Hi, I just tested it in the SaaS version and didn't encounter your problem. If you have a SaaS version and do not have any customization, it is recommended to submit an SR to Microsoft.

If this is the On-Pre version, I hope the following information can give you some tips.

    Thanks.
