I have created a custom form for incidents, but now I'm missing the link between account (or customer) and contact person.
The original form somehow or somewhere has a link between these two fieds, but I can't find where this is located.
The new form has all the exact same settings and still the contact person lookup fields shows me all the contact persons of all accounts not only the account I have selected.
Anyone that has any idea?
I did notice these fields indeed, but the strange thing was that the original form didn't have this filled in. So for some reason it isn't using these fields. I will try this again, but there are so many fields that I couldn't get it to work because I didn't understand them. Will check your documentation
