How to implement a smartlist to all users that I have created?

I have created a smartlist that I want other users to use.  How do I implement this?

    Save your SmartList as 'Favorites' and check option Visible to -1) for System -All company,  2) Company for specific company you are currently logged in.

    Explore those option for better understanding.
