On Resolve Case update fields of all Service Activities and Mark them Complete

Hi everyone!

Is there a way when i resolve a case to update the Service Activities lets say a field name Paid and then Mark Complete the Service Activities ?

I tried with Workflow but you can only update the related entity if it is a lookup field

    Solution was to write a javascript to get all records from service activities , change a custom status to complete. I didn't use the Mark Complete functionality

    You need a custom workflow activity/plugin.

    There is that kind of activity in my TCS Tools solution:

    Though I'm pretty sure you can find other solutions having the same functionality

    You need to write plugin or you can do it via JS
