Serious c-tree error status code 219 application will terminate in Great Plains 8.0

Hi,

I am having a serious issue on a GP 8.0 Client Machine in Oracle Virtual Box. When the user logs into GP 8.0 in Virtual Box, goes to Inquiry - Inventory - Item Stock, after inquiring about a particular item while closing the Window, the Client get this error on screen "serious c-tree error status code 219 application will terminate".

Kindly help as to why this error is happening.

    I looked on the c-tree site, and they do not list an error code 219. Here's the link: docs.faircom.com/.../52855.htm

    Thanks Leslie for the reply. I also noted  that there is not error code 219 listed so I formatted and reinstalled GP 8.0 for the user.

    Hi Ashok, can you explain what you formatted? I'm experiencing the same error/issue but it's status code is 215 but the client is trying to run a TB report.

    Error 219 is an internal corruption status code. In this case it means that an index search resulting in a missing leaf node. Simply put. Corrupted index. Perform an index rebuild.
