
I am upgrading my 2015 to 2016. It seems as if I used the same sandbox service account on both my test boxes . While Upgrading default test box, just a basic 2015 install with no changes, I am receiving the message
Action Microsoft.CRM.Setup.Server.SetSandboxServicePrincipalNameAction failed. There was a problem setting the service principal name (SPN) for service MSCRMSandboxService with user account ....
"Duplicate SPN found, aborting operation! "
Abort Retry Ignore.
What to do?

I have the same question (0)I had the same issue doing a new CRM 2015 install.
I clicked 'ignore' then manually did setspn after the install
