Hi,
Getting an error while creating a user in the on-premises system.
I have attached error screenshot.
Can anybody suggest me what is a concern here?

Hi ,
Make sure the user has added in the active directory. You should provide same domain name and name as per Active Directory.
If you have any existing user just open the user and check how it has been created and then validate with AD.
I was thinking you are in on premise. You might be view this reference, just validate once.
docs.microsoft.com/.../create-users-assign-online-security-roles
if user in AD , only enter user name not domain
While adding user you need to mention user logon name only, if you have access to AD,you can check there what is the logon name of this user and use the same.
Verify that the NETBIOS Domain Name is accurate (as it is in Active Directory).
You can go to Active Directory Users and Computers, Find the user and double click on the User Name.
In the Account tab, under User logon name (pre-Windows 2000), you will be able to see the NETBIOS domain name and user name in the two fields (such as CONTOSO\,jsmith).
In CRM you will have to enter CONTOSO\jsmith.
If you can't find the user in AD or if you have no access to AD, you can also use Add Multiple Users feature and search for the User in AD via the CRM interface. This is of course if you are using CRM On-Premise and mentioned in your question
Hope this helps.
