issue running scheduled task using object model

I wrote a program using object model. What the program does is to import customer and invoice information. I put the program as a scheduled task run by user1 during night on the server where Dynamics SL 7.0 is installed. When the program runs during night, user1 is logged out (the machine automatically logs any user out after 15 minutes of inactivity). And I see the message "did not receive signal from MSDynamics". So why user1 has to log on the machine when the scheduled task is run?

It works fine during the day when user1 is logged in. Is there any way to work around this? If not, does anybody think if I install application server and run transaction import automatically during night, would that work?

I have the same problem. Any clues would be much appreciated.
