I have a query on Retail Module while creating a new store unable to publish it

I am new to this forum please help me how and where to post the query on retail module.

I have created the set up till device creation but when I am publishing it going to next step Assortment process in retail and commerce I am unable to see the record , where I will click on it and publish it again.

In this step it should be visible in the list , but it is not coming

Hi R@vi,

Can you provide some more details and clarify your question? I do see an organization hierarchy and an assortment. On which form do you miss what exact record? I don't see a link here.

Please note this is a forum monitored by volunteers. I'm spending some private time to help the community without getting paid for it. The word 'urgent' is not helping here to get quicker answers. If it is urgent and you need a solution very fast, you can probably better hire a consultant.

Hello Andre,

I am creating a new store actually. I have finished most of the setups like creating Business unit and operating unit, jobs, positions, workers, site, Transit W/H,and W/H, channel profile,channel database, Retail store, Payment methods, register creation, Device creation, Validate device for activation.

When in organisation admin--> hierarchy designer I select my store and publish the changes and I go to next step of assortment process, store which I published should be visible there but its not coming in the list.

Form name is retail and commerce-->catalogues and assortments-->Assortment

Hi,

Once you press button "Edit":

Then you can insert your new store and then press button "Publish".

Hope this can help you.

Hello Xusheng,

After this step we go to assortments in retail and commerce. There our store should be visible.

I am unable to see the store in assortment process list.

How I can see my store there.

You can get the store assortment here:

if don't exist, you can create a new one for your currently store and publish it.

Hi Xusheng,

Yes it helped and I have moved on and able to publish my store but after publishing the store I need to Select the data group and press on full data sync and run job “9999" but in channel database group system is not allowing me to add the channel database.

This is looks a new issue, can you please log a new service request to double check with Microsoft retail support team.

By my understand, you don't need add a new channel database. Because once you deploy the RCSU, it will auto generate a new channel DB.

And it looks you also missed some configurations at the store side.

Can you also help mark this as "Answered". Thanks in advance.
