We have an organization with 210 CRM licenses.  The new Organizational Insights dashboards are great for "Active" users; those who create, edit, read, modify, etc.  How do we figure out who is NOT using CRM?

    Hi,

    you can enable the Auditing user logon: blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/.../auditing-user-logon

    Than after a while you will see who isn't using your CRM.
