RegulatoryServices model failing to build

Hello,

I created a dev machine and restore a database. I am trying to build the models and RegulatoryServices is failing to build.

I have refreshed and updated the models and nothing helps.

I keep getting

Error The type 'System.Net.IWebProxy' exists in multiple assemblies:

Error The name 'System.Net.IWebProxy' does not denote a class, a table, or an extended data type.

Error The qualifier 'proxy' is not valid for field 'Credentials'.

What else can I try?

    it is a dev machine I just deployed, it has the last version 10.0.31

    I found a description of a similar problem in the issue list, so have you tried the upgraded your current version?

    Thanks, I had tried that before I posted and it did not help. :(
