I installed the FSmaster data. Everything got installed except the work orders or cases. Could anyone help me out with this?
Which package did you use? Can you share the URL from where you downloaded it?
The one mentioned in the User manual(docs.microsoft.com/.../install-sample-data-8-x) First package (V902FSMasterData - Field Service version 8.x only)
That one only has the master data. Use the last package, that one also has work orders. Cases come with the standard sample data that you install from within Dynamics.
Hi thanks for the reply, Is there any way I can load just the work orders? and if i need to install those sample data gain i will have to reinstall the field service right?
AFAIK there is no separate file with work orders only. Wrt/ your 2nd question - I don't know whether the installer checks for duplicates. You could consider rolling back one of your Dynamics backups, unless you did considerable work in the meantime.
