This happens when using the Dynamics 365 App in OWA or an Outlook 2016 client. After tracking an appointment or meeting, the status does not change to Tracked for a very long time, an hour or more in most instances.
Our tenant is on 8.2.1.360 and this was not resolved with this version. Another issue where Sent items would show Tracking Pending indefinitely is listed as resolved.
All other items (emails, contacts) go to the Tracked status immediately. We are using Exchange Online with server side sync. This is impacting our organization significantly since users often need to track their own activities for a meeting they are a part of right away. I have SR# 117091394386026] open with Microsoft for this issue and trying to get escalated to the product team currently.
Are any others seeing this delay in Appointments being tracked in their Dynamics 365 tenants?
