Certification Error on Submitting CRM app on AppSource

Hello,

We are new to App Source. We are facing following certification error for a dynamics 365 CRM application on AppSource. It states " we found the version you are supporting was < V 9.0. Microsoft not allowing any offers to appsource with versions < V 9.x. All offers should support >= V 9.x. Please upgrade and re-certify it."

What version is being talked here ? Is it the CRM version from which unmanaged solution was exported which is included in Appsource Package?

Hi Usman,

I am not sure but the reason can be the exported solution might be targeted for the specific CRM version.

Second, some components that are going to deprecate soon like the Xrm client API object model. Please make sure that your app does not contain any components references that are going to depreciate in the future. Also, you can go through the validation-policies provided by Microsoft to cross-check the issue:

If you still facing issues, please raise a ticket to Microsoft for support
