Anyone knows about the any Third Party Tool for letter Template option for Letter Activity like Email Template for Email activity. we need any third party tool. if any one know about. please tell me.

    If you search for a tool to easily generate documents (PDF,DOCX,...) based on templates you can look into our DocumentsCorePack or AutoMerge. Both products can be downloaded from www.mscrm-addons.com

    Create a custom form in email activity and use that form as letter and handled extra exception like letter behaviour by using Java script. you found Template adding and rich text behaviour in default and handle ribbon using Java Script.
