
I have an admin user that has access to "print preview" on cases, email etc. A new request has come in to add this permission to all users not just admin users.
I had a look through the entites in security roles on CRM but didn't see anythin that points to "print preview".
Does anyone know which entity needs to be updated in a security role in order to show the above "print preview" for a user?

I hope your doing well today. It looks like what your looking for is a permissions called Print under the Business Management Tab. If you give the user this role you should have access to it! I hope this helps! I'd also suggest looking for more information at the msdn article for Permissions: msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh547441.aspx
