Hide Custom button based on the current user login

Hello all,

I have a query , where I want to hide a custom button.

the scenario is :  I have created a custom form name service job .In Service job form i have created a Resolve button on the ribbon with the help of ribbon work bench 2011 .Now i want resolve button to be hide according to the user login. So could you suggest me the best way to achieve this thing.???

    You might take a look at this article on hiding a button based on a security role

    Otherwise it would be possible to add JavaScript to the ribbon to check which user is logged in and control access that way
