Printer out of paper during auto print invoice process

Hi, one of my customer is facing the issue "Out Of Paper" during Auto Print Invoice from Dot Matrix Printer. The printer model is EPSON LQ-680 Pro. However, they realized that the issue occurred after the Dynamics SL upgraded from version 7 to version 2011 SP2. Is the issue related to the Printer's Driver or Dynamics SL 2011 bug? Please advice.
