Approval Setup for Purchase Credit Memo

Hi Members,

I would like to know how to set approval for a purchase credit memo in BC. I have set up the approval user setup and workflow for approval but still I'm not getting any approval mail. Kindly help me to solve this issue.

Hi, or you can try Power Automate. Microsoft has prepared many new templates, which are more flexible than standard Workflow.
