Intercompany general journal

Hello all,
 
I am struggling while using intercompany general journal. I intent to post an ICO journal that will simply book account type cus/ven third party vendor vs. account type cus/ven related party. That way it works but without the auto send transaction functionality. I tried many approaches but it didn't work. Is there a way to do it?
