Hi,
We have created a marketing form for a web contest and have received entries from new and existing contacts. Would like to create a view where we can easily see the number of entries including total no of contacts who have submitted the form along with respective values in the different form fields.
We tried to filter on advanced find via "Leads" entity but noticed that existing contacts that had submitted the form were excluded. Filtering on marketing form submission showed the complete number of submissions including those from existing contacts. However, here it was not possible to see the values like when it was filtered via lead entity.
Example below:
What's the easiest way to get a complete list entries with a view of the values submitted? Is it to filter on Leads or Marketing form submissions or something else?
Hi,
The most recommended way to list the contacts who have submitted the marketing form is to create a dynamic segment with behavior block.
Here is an example:
The segment will filter out all contacts who submitted the Marketing form named Education after going live. The number of submitters included will also be displayed in this view.
If you need more details of the contact to be shown in the view, you can customize the Segment members view of Contact entity. e.g. If you need to show the submitted values, just add the columns into the view.
