Automate Customer collections in BC for payments using Payal.

Looking for a way to automate the customer collections in BC that are made using PayPal payment service.

When the customer pays-off invoice via PayPal/credit card, the payments get posted in the PayPal account. However, there is no indication in BC the invoice has been paid-off.

How to get the payment reflected back in BC as a customer collection transaction, when it's posted by the customer via PayPal or any other payment service? Is there any API that can be used to create an integration? or a setup that can help achieve this?

    Hi
If the native MS extension does not cover what is required.

this is quite simple, all you need  to do is to create a payment method and then fill out the balance account . when a posting is made, the balance account gets posted as well. the invoice will be closed automatically.
this works also for credit card payment method.

hope it helps. you could follow me on linkedin for more sharing.

Hi, in addition to the extensions mentioned by gdrenteria, I think you can also try the following standard feature.

Thank you all for your feedback and suggestions. I am however looking for an end point API integration between BC and the payment service. Let me know if any of you have tried to look into it?
