Merge two fields in PowerApps Form

Hello everyone,

I was thinking about one think. Can i merge two DataCard in Form on te PowerApps app?

I know that it is possible to connect them horizontally but is there an option for a vertical connection?

I would like to combine the two lines highlighted in the screenshot. The field thats need to stay is "Attachment".

And i want to stay with that columns "Attachment" and "Comment" are thicker that the others.
