Field error in data import using wizard

Hi all,

I'm importing some data using the contact template, I've done this previously with no issues. I'm only filling in the email, email opt in and a new field called Email Language. One file finished uploading and then the second one shows this error:

It's exactly the same data file, I just split it in two as the file was too big to upload in one go. Does anyone know exactly what this error means? I've tried searching for it and had no joy.

Thanks,

Charlotte

    Hi Cdeyes89,

In the  importing file, there were Invalid XML character which was failing to get parsed during Importing Data.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/desktop/xaml-services/xml-character-entities#xml-character-entities

You can check content of the file in Notepad++, and removed invalid chars.
