    Hi,

Did you try the other entities? For the other users if you used the same entity did return data?

    Thanks,
    Waed Ayyad

    Hi,
You can try another way to export the data. If users are unable to access the data through the open in Excel option, you can try other export options such as using data entities or reports to export the data and see if you can successfully obtain the data. Or you can also try restarting the server. This problem may be caused by the server's cache.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi Yasir,

Do you mean to say the same data entity gave data a few days back and now not anymore? Have you checked if there is a change applied to the security permissions?
  • YasirShahzad Profile Picture

    Hello Andre,

there is no change in security permissions, other options are working fine, but only highlighted entity showing no data during extraction.

    Regards

    Hi Yasir,

I tried this same entity and is working for me in a 10.0.38 environment. When the Excel workbook is opened, can you check the filters in the Dynamics connector? Maybe it is having a wrong order reference?
