Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement customers will need to transition from use of Classic UI to Unified Interface. It's an opportunity for our customers to deliver a world-class UI to their end users. We want customers to find that transition as seamless and rich as it can be. This session shares experiences of designing for multiple devices, designing for multiple roles/scenarios using app modules, practices for staged migration of users to the Unified Interface, and using Microsoft Power Apps to reimage the overall end user experience to drive higher adoption.
